Are the hotel facilities available to external guests?

The hotel facilities (Lobby, Spa, Pools, and Restaurant) are exclusive to hotel guests - with the exception of “Metsovo 1350m” Restaurant (reservation is required).
Does the hotel feature accessible rooms?

The hotel has specially designed accessible rooms. Our reservations team is more than happy to assist you.
Are the pools accessible to children under the age of 18?

The outdoor pool (seasonal) is open to all children with adult supervision. The indoor heated pool is situated at the Spa, which is adults-only, yet in order to cater our younger guests who stay with us, the indoor heated pool is exceptionally accessible only between 10.00 – 12.00 and under adult supervision.
Is the hotel pet-friendly?

Unfortunately the hotel does not currently allow pets.
Can the hotel take care of transfer requirements?

All transfer requirements can be taken care of our team (additional charges apply).
Does the hotel offer baby-sitting services?

Our team will be very happy to take care of baby-sitting arrangements for you. Please contact us prior to arrival as this service is on an on request basis.
Is road accessibility difficult during winter?

Roads are being constantly cleaned when it is snowing. Yet, snow chains are recommended as we are in no position to predict extreme weather conditions.
